Great price swing trading tools
Saw these and tried. I was very pleased with each component. All can be used to help you train your golf swing.

Taking a few swings I can feel the difference between my arms not moving together. My hands get a little flip at the bottom. With this strap that doesn’t happen. Don’t know if I can grain that in but that’s up to me. For the price try it well worth it if you have arms that don’t work together.

The blow up ball quickly deflated for me and no longer holds air. The best tool in the set is probably the band. It keeps your arms connected to your chest to let you feel the proper swing.

This was the most affordable golf swing trainer I found. It is perfectly sewn & perfectly balanced. As far as function goes, it quickly helped me feel the correct position of my arms. I didn’t have to wear it long before I could feel & keep the correct position without wearing it. Extremely satisfied.

Just spend the extra money for the better brand/construction
Yellow wrist aid was too large for my shafts which are standard. Wrist strap is flimsy and allows your wrist to bend regardless. Dual arm strap is for smaller armed people.
