I have a four seater golf cart and it covers the whole thing. I don't understand why there is a zipper on it but it's there. I stitched mine together so it doesn't unzip as I cover the golf cart. Overall it's good cover that helps protect the seat and electronics.

Not a tight fit and only has one strap. Blows off easy in wind. Fabric is light compared to other covers we have seen. But it was a cheaper price.
