What a clever product!
I was thrilled to come across this product; it is such a clever idea! Living in Hawaii, we exclusively drink our coffee iced and have been putting it in the fridge overnight to cool it down for years. Sometimes we forget to do it at night, then you’re either drinking it hot, or watering it down trying to cool it quickly. So this product is a game changer. You do need to freeze it beforehand, so I’m not sure if this will replace our everyday routine or just be for emergencies or those days you decide you need an extra one in the afternoon. I love that the design of this chills the coffee without watering it down at all, so you still get your full coffee flavor and taste. It only holds a smaller size coffee (looks like between 8-12 oz), but one ‘freezing’ can still cool down 2-3 canisters full before needing to pop back in the freezer. It’s really easy to use. I opted for the Stainless Steel style and I find it attractive (more so than the plastic ones). All the parts are metal and feel really well constructed and durable. The Stainless Steel also makes it easy to clean. Such a great invention! Very functional product that makes a great gift for any (cold) coffee lover!

Amazing! Works precisely as advertised!
Usually when I come across an item that seems innovative and incredible in theory, I find it doesn't quite deliver as intended and I feel I wasted my money. but once in a while, you find something that meets expectations. This product is a game changer.I have gone the cold brew route and it works but it takes along time to get it brewed and you have to get the ratio right. Brewing over ice, even if k cups are meant for ice coffee still tastes diluted. But this thing solves all that.I have a Nespresso machine but had to let it sit and cool if I wanted it iced. But as noted in the video... no more. Prepped the chiller upon receiving it and then brewed directly into the Chiller and 1 Minute later, poured over ice and no dilution or loss of flavor at all. Perfect ice coffee. Just clean at end of day, refill and ready for the morning commute. No more coffee shop runs as this is better than iced coffee I could buy in a coffee shop.As for build quality... hard to say as I haven't had it long enough but directions say NOT to overfill as it can lead to cracking so that could explain some of then issues some of have reported. But for $12.00, wont break the bank if I have to replace down the road. Worth the investment!!

UPDATED-another defective design
This is my second hyperchiller. My first plastic one split down the side. Along with everyone else's.So I bought the stainless model.UPDATE-upon freezing, the threads pop apart and have to retighten the top every time. Now the threads on the inner chamber keep coming unfastened and the inner chamber falls loose inside the outer one. Resulting in hot coffee melting the ice and mixing with it, resulting in watery coffee. This is an inherently bad design no matter stainless or plastic. Results in constant frustration. I do not recommend at allI think the one I received was a return but it looked fine. Upon assembling it, I found the main outer cap would not thread onto the base. I am a machinist and am very familiar with threads and cross threading. It took me a 45 minutes to thread the top on this unit.I think because the stainless steel base has plastic threads fastened to it, there may have been an out-of-round to the base threads. I literally tried probably 100 times to thread the top on correctly. Finally I found that I had to press down a bit more then I would have liked to start the thread. There was a little pop sound, and then it started correctly. I did not want to cross thread this unit and have it leak because the threads are just plastic. One shot.I am confident this unit was returned because someone could not thread. I even tried my old top from my cracked unit and it was the same issue. The problem is the plastic threads attached onto the stainless base are imperfect possibly due to out of round or egg-shaping.

It works good but read kinda cons
1) if you can’t wait about five minutes for an ice cold cup of coffee WITHOUT ADDING ICE don’t get this.2) only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But 4$3) it has more parts then I thought it was going to but they’re not really a big pain. But it has you know a few parts four of them that you’ve got to maintain and make sure you don’t lose but they really don’t need to be put into a dishwasher you just wash them off and you put them back together again and you keep putting it into the freezer after you use it you dump it out you wash it out fill it up again put it in the freezer. But it has more parts and I was expecting a lot more. I was expecting it to have just one container and that’s it but it’s nothing like thatdepending on how hot the coffee is you put into it you can get 2 usages but again you’re going to wait between five and 10 minutes for the second one as well. So if you’re in a hurry and you want 24 ounces of coffee this is not what you get. This was not exactly what I was expecting when I got this. I understand the concept of it is you know pretty basic but I didn’t think it was gonna be like this I thought that it was gonna be a very large container and it’s not I also thought I was gonna be able to drink out of it and you can’t because it’s huge. It’s not meant to be drunk you have to pour into something else. But overall of course it works. The concept is simple there’s a ton of ice with a metal container and a coffee goes into it and as the ice melts the coffee gets colder. I’m not disappointed at all. Because I can wait that amount of time to get an iced coffeeIt works. I watched a video about it and you know it’s about 60 seconds or so they said to leave it in. To be completely honest here that’s not how it works. When I get iced coffee I don’t want any ice inside of it OK I want the coffee to be cold like it was in the refrigerator I don’t want the ice. ice waters down no matter what you get. You have to leave this there for about five minutes if you take it directly from your coffee pot and poured it. It only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But if you leave it there for five minutes or so it comes out ice cold. And depending on how hot it is you can get more than one usage out of it you may have to wait five or 10 minutes out. But if you want a cup of coffee that’s going to be cold without ice you’re not gonna get it in 60 seconds no matter what are you shaking around you know slowly in your head and swirly they said to do or to leave it standing straight you’re not gonna get it cold like that you’re still gonna have to put it over ice. So wait five minutes if you can
